Like their paper products. Birthday cards are very reasonable.Seasonal candy affordable for my students.

I usually don't buy food but did buy shredded cheese as I was in a hurry - It was disgusting. I tried to return it and was told I couldn't because it was open and not their fault that I don't like the taste. I had hoped they would appreciate the feedback- NO. I dared the clerk to try it . He said he didn't eat it because he read the outside and I was told it was my fault I didn't read that it was fake cheese. Told me he would try to explain it in simpler terms to me because I wasn't getting it . Asked for manager - said he was the manager. Told me to talk to the corporate office. I left voicemail with them and am awaiting a call. Very disappointing as I have gone there many times prior and never encountered...

I love the dollar tree, but....I wait longer in line to pay for my items than I do picking them up to pay for them. The Manager sits in a closed office while one cashier is trying to check people out one after the other. WHY have over four registers if y'all refuse to use any, other than the one? Customer Service is one of the most difficult jobs to do, and In my working career, I did CS for over 25 years. Trust me when I tell the Managers and owners of businesses like this that you should go above and beyond for these folks who work minimum wage, who get verbally abused...
