Chris Furniture, Inc — Attraction in Livonia

Wonderful experience, great pricing, high-quality US-made furniture. After waiting 4 months and multiple scheduling changes on three pieces of furniture from another store, my wife and I decided to cancel our order and start over. We went to Chris Furniture with the hope of finding something in the showroom that fit our needs and was also American made. Nowadays, that narrows the options to very few. We were pleasantly surprised to learn Chris only sells American made furniture and she had two pieces that worked perfectly. She gave us a great price on both and had them delivered to our house a couple hours later. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Chris and learning a few pieces of her life story as well. Truly an amazing woman from what I can tell. Five stars all the way. We'll we back and we'll certainly tell others about this place.

This place doesn't look like much, no sales people in suits, but trust me, you won't find a better price on name brand furniture. The showroom doesn't have much and is small, but they like Gorman's and many other stores that actually sel good quality built to last furniture, have to order it anyway.

Find a name brand piece you like at a fancy showroom like gormans, then go to Chris for the same piece and get a quote for 25% less. Go to Art Van for an 8 way hand tied sofa for $2,000 made by who knows who, and Chris will sell you a king hickory (google king hickory) and Chris will sell you one for 25% less. Great Experience - Highly Recommended. I did some research and found a number of furniture stores that carried a specific piece of furniture I wanted (an armoire bar cabinet). On a recommendation, I contacted Chris and she quoted a price nearly 1/3 lower than anyone else. Left a small deposit and was told because the piece was out of stock, it could take up to 6 months ... so I was surprised about 4 weeks later when I got a call saying the piece was in and could be delivered that weekend.
