I used these guys to diagnose my DIY computer build when I was not able to produce a signal for the monitor when I first fired it up. I knew it must be a faulty component, but I had no equipment to be able to troubleshoot it. I dropped it off, and they quickly discovered that the motherboard was faulty. They are very professional and eager to resolve your computer issues. I went in with a desktop that I thought would end up being a total loss, with the crash my computer had. I was told they would do a free diagnostic to check for any issues. Well they found a minor issue and fixed that, True to their word there was no charge. I will continue to use this shop for any computer issues. I also just got an email stating they will followup in a few days and again in a month to see if my computer is still running good....
