Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lodi

On my recent visit to Taco Bell (on,..Lodi Avenue) 3/27/2013, I had walked up to the cash register as an employe took and processed my order I asked for a cup of water. In her own words "We don't give out free water at the lunch rush". I turn around not one person behind me, and all the employes behind the counter stopped and watched our conversation. I don't understand how the employes have time to stand around on a so called "lunch rush" and don't have time to give a paying customer a small glass of water. As i waited for my food. They had put a bag of food on the counter for ToGo, three minutes later i ask if its mine, their response to me is yes sorry. So not only do we not get free water at the Lodi Avenue Taco Bell but in return we get rude service. I love Taco Bell don't get me wrong. I go about every other day. I"m a regular customer at Taco Bell on Kettleman Lane, always treat nicely with positive attitudes and great service. No longer will i go to the Taco Bell on Lodi Avenue. As a rule of thumb, I rate fast food restaurants to a maximum of 4 stars. Outside of this being a usual Taco Bell (Quick, Cheap, Business-like) there isn't much to say, but I did have one major issue with it.

If you visit with someone who doesn't eat meat, or who orders similar food to you but with modifications/customization, you'll have a hard time telling what food yours and theirs is. There has been nothing marked on the wrappers through the drive-thru on a few recent trips, so either you have the weights and measures of the menu memorized, can guess based on size differential, or someone simply has to take a bite and figure out via process of elimination which burrito is which.

That's my only real issue here. The drive-thru is fast and the food is made up to the usual Taco Bell standard (for better or worse). It's usually busy, so the issue may not always be present and it is somewhat understandable, but it is an annoyance that may slightly alter...

Used the drive thru and the service was fast and accurate. I would like to acknowledge the young man working the window, according to my receipt his name is Jacob B, when he handed me my food I said "thank you very much" and he responded with one of the most genuine smiles I've ever encountered then told me "you are welcome sir". Maybe if the franchise owner reads this review he could give this kid a pat on the back because he is making your business........better. So many times I've gone thru a drive thru only to leave feeling like I was a burden on the people working the window, this guy "gets it". I live one block away from this store and will definitely be future customer. It was 11:45pm...
