Came here after visiting Sterling Knight who lowballed me on some gold. Devant was the one who helped me and I got the amount I was hoping to receive which was practically double what Sterling Knight offered me without SK even testing the gold. Don't know how you can get 4.9 stars when the people working here can't even tell what real gold is. Walked in with 3 gold rings, they overscratched multiple times for acid tests permanently messing one up, out of the 4-5 machines they used to test they could only tell me I have real diamonds in the ring but that they couldn't figure out if 2 of the 3 rings were gold.
