Outstanding Customer Service. The owner is an extremely nice guy and very reasonable. A lot of the furniture comes from big name centers like Ashley and the store offers very affordable pricing on everything in it, ESPECIALLY RUGS and lamps. A lot of people may be enticed to go to Bob's discount furniture, or another big name however what they don't see in the ticket price at the big outlet stores they certainly will in delivery costs. At this place delivery is insanely cheap. I had several pieces delivered and set up in my apartment in the city near the lake for less than $80. Unreal. And to top it off one dresser got a knick in it during delivery, the owner offered to replace it or refund me 10% no questions asked. That's how you get a good recommendation and further business from me. I absolutely will shop here again, and hope this review convinces others to as well. Not to mention, there are some awesome unique pieces at this store to make your house look great! 5 stars...

We originally bought furniture from Ashley Home, and were promised delivery dates that kept getting pushed farther and farther out. Like, months, not weeks. Out of frustration, we decided to see what we could find elsewhere and ended up at Furniture 4 Less. Alex was so kind and accommodating, looked up what we wanted AND was in stock, and we were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes. Further, Alex had a chance to throw the Ashley distributors under the bus, as we told him about our frustration, but he graciously observed that there are ongoing issues with supply chains etc., and was extremely courteous about others in his field of service.The furniture we ordered from Furniture 4 Less arrived THE VERY NEXT DAY!! The two young men who delivered it assembled it and cleaned up after themselves, were friendly and polite, and the whole experience has been great. Will definitely buy there again and tell...

I wish I can give this guy 0 rating. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Very rude from the beginning. As a customer I’m there to make a purchase tells me I’m buying “cheap stuff” he's not making money so its not worth it. Tells me I’m searching furniture on my phone to price match and that hes not stupid, while I was on HIS website looking at other items. Regardless if I’m buying I’m going to shop!! Gave me a different price when I first went in came and this time I went to order with my wife and he was rude to her first while she was looking at furniture. I would never shop from here and would not recommend to anyone. Not worth the price...
