Bixby Park Playground — Attraction in Long Beach

Lots and lots of people here, especially on farmers market day (Saturday). There are multiple play structures and good shade - some trees but mostly a canvas cover, plus the breeze from the beach is nice. There is a rope climbing structure that adds a nice difficulty level to the play area. Lots of swings....

I loved how the playground is somewhat covered but I wish they had a little more toddler appropriate things. The parents were friendly and included their child in everything so that's a plus. My girls tired themselves out running back and forth. PLUS ITS A CLEAN...

Located in the heart of Bixby Park, this playground has areas for small and big kids. Slides, swings, seesaw, jungle gym, sand pits and more. Not usually overcrowded but it's a smaller sized place. Could be cleaner...
