I appreciate the apology. Unfortunately, I don’t appreciate an employee yelling at me with or without a mask. For clarification she was not wearing a mask. I have worked in customer service field for over 30 years and I’m experience In handling various situations. She may need additional training and guidance in proper etiquette. At no time is it right for a person to raise their voice at a customer when she feels over whelmed. At one point, I was trying to explain the situation to Elizabeth face to face and she was being really rude. If you would review your footage, you will be able to a get a clear and accurate account. As I explained to the manager we we standing behind one person in line. After a few minutes, two lines were formed and instead of graciously correcting the problem she created a dissatisfied customer and I left the items I intended to purchase.
Review solely on my current experience. I have never been so upset with the treatment at this store. The customer service has ALWAYS been excellent. Today was the worst experience. The cashier refused to assist because she thought I was not in line. She literally humiliated me on Mother's Day. I left all my plants I planned to purchase and walked out.

Read moreI rarely write reviews but Kevin & Anthony created such a beautiful space for plant people that I just had to write this. Sometimes I get a little overwhelmed at nurseries but every time I’ve entered this shop I’ve felt so welcomed and am always in awe of the vast selection of different plants. If you want an easy starter plant, they are more than happy to help you find a plant that you can’t kill (rip to my calatheas) and if you’re looking for a rare aroid or another collector plant, they’ve got you covered as well. They have fair pricing, great sales, a super fun selection of pots (some even have butts!!), and feature lots of local creatives’ plant-related merchandise. The staff is so knowledgeable about all the plants in stock and they’re always happy to answer any questions. I’ve never felt intimidated or felt talked down to about plants here and it’s just such a warm, special place for ALL. Read moreI gave 5 stars; however, its more like a 4.5. They are amazing in this shop. I can say out of all of the plant shops I have purchased in Long Beach, their quality ranks on the higher end. The life span is longer even with less care. The staff are kind and appear to be very knowledgeable. I met the owner when they first opened. Since then I have purchased over 260 points worth of plants. And I believe you receive 1 point for every $10... What does that tell you? If it wasn't for my partner showing me this place, I wouldn't have any idea. It is also great they have many events in this location. You can sign up for text alerts. They appear to be attempting to expand their hours of operation. The location is great because there's so may eateries you can visit before or after for an emotional support plant or a plant for show.
They also have a high end plant section that Id love to purchase from but Im just not at that income bracket yet to justify...
