Miracle on 4th Street Park — Attraction in Long Beach

I moved to this area 4 years ago. I've never seen kids playing here because this tiny park attracts a hostile and potentially violent homeless population, drug use, and just shady stuff. I was looking for a park within walking distance from my house and this is it. I've been told by parents that they don't feel safe with their children playing there. This is a cute little park. Its a shame the City of Long Beach doesn't take better care of this potential neighborhood gem. Every time I've tried, I've been harassed by homeless people, some, dangerous characters...
