If I could give this place a zero star I would but that’s not possible. I have been contacting the cosmetology program for a month now and I still am not getting the answers that I need.They hardly answer the phone and when I finally got someone on the phone they sent me email that had nothing to do with the questions that I asked. They are so lazy!!! I called them to see how much the cosmetology program was and what is the schedule they acted as if the question I asked was rocket science. Like I said JUST LAZY!!! The website sucks the tuition prices should be listed on there as well as what days you would need to attend class. Not everybody has parents who take care of them and can go to class whenever some people have families and have to plan out what needs to be done so they can attend school. I HOPE THEIR BOSS SEE THIS COMMENT SO THEY CAN GET IT...

Went there to get individual twists or curls. The curls won and the student did a wonderful job. However, my hair can not use this purple locking gel and I Clearly Stated that it would make my already curly hair lock like dreads. The Instructor Ms J. said it won't lock because it was water base and instructed the student to continue. In three days my hair locked and I had to wash it several times to get the product out of my hair plus there was some shedding. Suggestion: Listen to the Customer because they have been dealing with their hair longer than you have. Will never allow Instructor or Student to put that product in my hair again. What a...

Jazlyn was terrific! Jurzey and Savannah as well. Consciousness and sweet girls! Had a shampoo, blowdry, and style and I was well-pleased. Initial reception at front desk was very professional and attentive. Lead stylist/teacher was so lovely and told me to bring in my 96yr-old dad for a shave, haircut, manicure, and pedicure all for free, (veterans and military are always free) any time.
