Horrible story they sold me in PlayStation 4. That didn't work and then I brought it back in. And they told me it was full of roaches from my house. I had it for freaking an hour. And then I told them I wanted a brand new PlayStation. And they sold me one with the box open. And barely wanted to return the other. I believe that the one they sold me with. The box opened has already been used before. Basically what i'm saying is be careful With these people because people who don't know any better are getting ripped off And it used to be a good store. I honestly think they knew what they were doing. Because from the very beginning, I told them what I wanted. They said they didn't have one as far as a PS4 pro. So I went with what they had. Get it home and it wouldn't even run so I brought it back. And they sold me an opened PlayStation. 4 pro that they said was brand new. My bad right for believing some people that...

I recently bought an SNES and a handful of games from this store and I gotta say that I'm surprised by the outstanding quality of everything here. The console and cartridges are close to mint condition for about the same price as you'd find in worse condition on sites like eBay and, while I did have an issue with the controller, I called them and they not only replaced it with no extra cost but also tested about 3 other controllers right in front of me and gave the most functional one a good wipe down before handing it to me. Everything was stellar in terms of quality, the customer service is absolutely top notch, and I can 100% tell that these guys genuinely care about what they're selling you.
