Came in with a mixture of plus size women’s dresses/tops/pants and men’s xl dress/nicer shirts. Lady who checked me in was nice and said it would take about 25 minutes to review my items. Whole process took closer to an hour so I recommend just dropping off and then going to run errands unless you want to shop for that long. They took about 60% of what I brought, about 32 items and payout was $93 cash or $120 store credit, so roughly $3 cash an item. The women’s clothing was mostly Torrid, couple Talbots and Lane Bryant. The men’s was an assortment of Calvin Klein, Dockers, Untuckit etc. I had it all listed on Fb for about $5 a piece and was just sick of people flaking or asking me to ship items that I was ready to be done with it, and considering the prices they charge in store it’s about what I expected. Absolutely cannot wait till this place opens. They let you go in and look around at everything as they're only taking clothes to buy until they open. And the stuff I saw was very very very cheap.. I saw about 50 things that I'm going to buy when this place opens LOL!. My only complaint is I took a lot of nice name brand stuff in there like Rock Republic and MEK jeans and big star George and jeans I had a total of like 35 things I carried in there they only accepted nine of them and gave me $40 for the nine items they accepted which being was the big star in the BKE and the MEK jeans... personally I felt that they could have given me play double really they could have given me 80 bucks for all that nice stuff it was barely used barely worn it was in like brand new condition but anyhow it is what it is and I will be back in there when they open to...

Totally unprofessional and the "buyer" a 20 yr old wearing mens wranglers and cowboy boots ( dirty at that) and no class no idea about upscale ...told me my items (White House Black market, Anne Klein, Ralph Lauren, Under Armour, Abercrombie & Fitch, were not sellable in there store or this market . All were current trending items 4 of them which I purchased at THAT STORE 2 DAYS PRIOR!!!!!

THEY OFFERED $2.00 ON A $125.00 SUMMER DRESS TAGS STILL ATTACHED . AND $2.00 ON A LINEN SUIT .

MISREPRESENTING WHEN THEY PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE WERE BUYING... !!!

and the response whenever I asked why my items were not purchasable was totally textbook recited and memorized I heard her say it to the customer prior to me!!!!
