My first time visiting the state of Washington and decided on staying in Longview Washington and in this town is this beautiful park that stretches across the town with bridges and different trees and a beautiful lake.. this town takes great care of its parks.. my family and I walked the entire park a few times while we were there and didn't see any trash whatsoever no graffiti.. In fact everyone we saw seemed friendly and at no point did we feel unsafe nor uncomfortable.. this is one of the most beautiful city parks I've seen.. very beautifully maintained in fact the best well maintained park I've been to..and I don't say that lightly.. my visit to Longview Washington was amazing,.. more so because of Lake Sacajawea... Please make sure you pick up after yourself and always go by the leave no trace policy and leave it better than you found it!!

Besides the beautiful neighborhood and the lillies in the pond, this place was an utter disgusting park. For those who live in Longview and don't have anywhere to take their kids, go somewhere else. This isn't a kid friendly place despite the play ground with the type of people that go there using drugs or dressing inappropriately for being around young children. Yikes. Won't be visiting this park again.

I can't even walk my dogs or take my kids to the lake without seeing this kind of thing. Needles, trash and vagrancy everywhere. What exactly do my tax dollars do in this town??
