Starting off, the food is delicious. Best bowl of pho I've had in a while and a welcome edition to the city of Longview. The ingredients are all fresh and they dont skimp on the portions which is fantastic to see.

The service however was subpar at best but very entertaining. We tried to order wine from the menu and was told he couldn't serve us as he was not of age. I asked if there was someone that was and upon asking an older man, was told no. He was definitely a peculiar young man to say the least. He would dart and dash around for no reason. One second hes calmly walking towards someone with a menu just to throw it down and go supersonic back to his counter. He briskly walked towards us with the bill only for his internal engine to rev to 1000/mph and he came mach5 right at us just to come to a completely dead stop inches away from collision just to drop our bill and then within the time to blink, vanished. Even the ladies a few seats away giggled as the flash himself descended from his speed force to toss their bowls with pinpoint accuracy and dart back off to save some helpless bystander I assume.

My biggest concern though is the clear lack of quarantine safety precautions. A small family was seated directly behind my booth not even a few inches away. We were facing away but I could have easily turned around and kissed this man's neck if I was so inclined. They are definitely not respecting the table apart rule and I felt incredibly uncomfortable.

All in all, with a bit better service and sense, I see great potential in...

At last a authentic Vietnamese restaurant in town. The place in Triangle Square that claims to be Vietnamese food, is not.

This is a brand new place in town and has opened at the very worst time possible. They told me it took them over a year to ready this place for business. It is very nice inside, but unfortunately they are limited to take out only.

I gave them a try yesterday and was so happy to find they actually prepared their PHO GA (Chicken Noodle soup) the correct way with chicken broth.

The way they prepared the PHO for take out showed me they really care about how good their food is when you get it home. It no doubt it is costing them more to do a take out order because of all the special packaging the have to do.

The young lady I spoke to was very nice and so happy they were finally open. I encourage you to give them a try, they need your support to survive this virus lock down we are suffering through.

I will definitely be going back for more and can't wait to have a great sit-down dining experience with them.

9/8/2020 update

I have been back several times to eat since the opened for sit down dinning. Service is always great.

I have now tried three different dishes. I don’t know why but the first time I try a new dish I come away wanting come have it again. All three times the second time is never the same.

I’m thinking they have multiple people cooking and they are doing the dishes different. To me this lack of consistency can kill a restaurant. I plan to speak to them about this on...

There are lots of things to like about unPhogettable. The ambience is very nice. The restaurant is clean, with plenty of seating. The folks are nice, and I was greeted immediately upon entering. I liked that they brought a water carafe to the table. The restaurant would be a great spot for a larger group. The food was good. Not great, but good. I started out with some fresh rolls with peanut sauce. I usually get shrimp but chose the pork, this time around. I have to admit they fell flat. I kind of wonder if they maybe gave me tofu instead of pork, because the "meat" in the roll certainly did not look or taste like pork. It was bland and just odd. The roll itself was pretty boring, overall. No basil or cilantro to brighten it up and the peanut sauce wasn't that good, either. The rolls were a disappointment. The pho was definitely better. Nice sized portion with fresh accoutrements. Was it the best pho I've ever had? No. But, it was good. The menu is extensive, with lots to choose from. If I go again I will try something new as opposed to my favorite, which is pho! This lunch was very spendy and in hindsight I wished I had paid better attention to my receipt. With tip, I paid approx 35.00 and I don't think it should have been THAT much. Waaaay too much for a lunch. If I go back I will pay better attention to the charges. If you go, pay attention to your bill. Overall the service was better than the food, but I’m willing to give it...

Food was good but service was lacking & below par. I ordered fried wings with fish sauce and spicy noodles. Both were decently good. But there was no service beyond the initial glass of water, taking and delivering of my order. There were a handful of dine-in customers, not busy as it was after lunch rush, yet no one came to refill my water. When I finished eating and trying to wave for attention from the 2 staff members, who were chatting behind the cashier area, for 5-10 mins before anyone paid attention to me requesting togo boxes and check. They told me I had to go to the cashier front desk myself.
