Awful , Burt food!!!!!!
So my OFFICE (6+ orders)ordered their lunch special with soups. So at this panda inn if you order anything with soup, You have to bring your own to go soup container????? What bring your own container??? And they told us this when we were there to pick it up. So got our order (minus soup!!) back to the office and GROSS!!! The rice was white rice cooked so much or in a dirty pan so it was DARK brown and so oily you would have thought it was out of the dirty deep fryer. I ordered general tso's chicken and it was so burnt that it hurt my teeth to get though the hard thick breading to the smallest piece of chicken possible. So everyone else here was super unimpressed but ow well……. Me being me thought I should call and let them know about the pour quality of there food….. That did not go well!!!!!!!!! First I called and manager wasn’t around, so then call back and he is there but the Hard A$$ that answered the phone wouldn’t let me talk to him…. First she asked do you have any business with him? “yes I do I’m a paying customer that got terrible food… so got put on hold and then she came back and informed me that it was cooked correctly and I just don’t know anything… OK….. What about the soup, she informed me that we were informed and we are liars .Now im starting to get mad a bit and ask Again to speak to the manager and told no. Ok I ask again why no to go soups and she informed me that they are way to expensive to just give out so if you want to go soup bring your own container??? So I inform her I think she is being very rude and ill stop by and talk to the manager… So this lady informed me that if I come in and start “throwing a fit about the food and service” she will call the cops?????All this just to talk to the manager… she then hung up on me and I called back and got hung up again. So after the 4 or 5th hang up they finally let me talk to manager…
So to make a long story short BAD EVERYTHING HERE,So...
Read moreI have frequented this restaurant with my mother off and on for the last 10 years or more. The service has always been excellent no matter who was the waitress. The quality of food has seem to diminish extensively especially as of today. I called this pandemic laziness. I ordered the combination beef broccoli, sweet-and-sour pork, fried rice and fried shrimp. It seems that the pandemic has really affected the quality & flavors of to go foods. I understand that the prices need to increase yes but please do not give lower quality product. The rice was very simplistic with little pieces of barbecue pork and no distinct flavor or vegetables. The broccoli beef was extremely watery to help fill the small box which is a great marketing scheme and had no define flavor as well. I was really disappointed in the fried shrimp because they were extremely small and had tons of breading which was very oily and gross. The sweet-and-sour pork was over cooked, dry and the pieces were not very big so they could not be cooked consistently.
I really don't understand why there cannot be a good Quality food Chinese restaurant in Longview Washington. Generic flavor without any flavors and this is what is now acceptable. I'm sorry to have to write this review but it's the truth. I hope the cooks change their ways of bad cooking. Since the Lucky Dragon in Kalama stopped burning their fried rice and soup their food is absolutely delicious with multiple flavors I suggest that the cooks at this restaurant go down there to learn how to cook. In the pandemic all restaurants have everything to lose so fix this problem or you lose customers and the word gets out. 12/31/2020 Happy...
Read moreStopped here today for dinner.
Ordered takeout and she brought it out our vehicle.👍
Husband ordered Mongolian Beef - Spicy Steamed rice
He said it was good, but not spicy. The temperature held up until the last bite. Really liked the crispy rice noodles sprinkled on the top.
The mongolian beef tasted just like beef and onions. No spicy flavor. Steamed rice was good.
I ordered a combination dinner, since this is the first time trying this restaurant.
Combination #10 Kung Pao Chicken - Spicy Pork Fried Rice Sweet & Sour Chicken BBQ Pork
The Kung Pao Chicken was flavourless, had no spice, it tasted just like garlic chicken. The Sweet & Sour Chicken was neither sweet or sour, had no noticeable flavor. BBQ Pork was good Pork Fried Rice was good.
Everything was cooked great. The vegetables were fresh and not overcooked. The food held it's temperature up till the last bite. Just no spicy flavor with either of the main dishes.
The servings are more than enough. Will eat leftovers for dinner tomorrow, will add hot chili sauce to it.😁
Would I eat here again? No!
There's a Panda Express less than a mile, on the same street. They have Kung Pao Chicken and Mongolian beef...
