My 3 young boy's and I have been going to fytgym for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a skill and get into shape. They offer private sessions and group classes. The coaches make you feel welcome and fit you right in no matter what your level is. The reason I keep coming back is because of how inspiring, positive and knowledgeable the coaches are. I highly recommend Coach JP for kid's classes that they offer M-W and for private sessions. He interacts with the kid's and always makes it fun. He is very patient and works exceptionally good with children of all levels. I recommend Coach Jessica for adult sessions and group classes she is an amazing person overall in her boxing and her personality.
