I went to Ganahl to purchase a french door for my home. I walked around the door/window area & no one approach me. All of the sales people were sitting at their desks talking among themselves. I finally ask a salesperson only get told to go the different websites of the manufacturers. Then, he walked me over to look at one door and wasn't interest in helping me out. The next week, my husband & I went in together. We walked up and down the rows of doors/windows in front of all the salespeople. No one came out to help us. They were talking among themselves, you can hear the laughter and stories so we knew that they were not talking to other customers. No one had anyone sitting at their desks doing business with them. We were ready to buy a French door at that time. So, we left and is taking our business...

Between getting overcharged for basically everything, waiting at least over 30 minutes for materials to be pulled, and having a very small selection compared to the Torrance or Costa Mesa locations. It’s really a shame that this location is the closest to my house. Currently waiting for my order to be pulled and it’s been 12 minutes shy of an hour of waiting with my order still at will call. I would have pulled the materials myself if it was somewhere I could get to without a forklift. I’ve had the pleasure of coming here before they started the remodel and they’ve managed to keep me waiting long enough to tell myself not to come back. Best advice to anyone wether it’s buying 1 small thing or a whole house worth of materials, if you are going to spend ganahl money, go...
