I came to Ace Nail Lounge after hearing great things, both from glowing online reviews and friends who’ve been here before. I happened to be in the area and decided to walk in, especially since both their website and front door clearly state they accept walk-ins.
When I arrived, I was told they were available. But within minutes of explaining that I wanted a full set and a pedicure, the person at the front abruptly told me, “Unfortunately, I can’t help you. I have other people coming in who need help.”
So let me get this straight. You’re turning away a customer who is literally standing in front of you, willing to pay for services, in favor of someone who’s not even there yet?
To make things worse, I watched two people walk in just five minutes later and they were immediately helped. I’m actually writing this review from the parking lot because the experience was that frustrating and confusing.
Don’t advertise that you accept walk-ins if you’re going to turn people away without explanation or consistency. Really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.
— came back to reply since Google doesn’t allow. I am someone who typically makes an appointment. When I saw I was near your salon after finishing my errands I decided to walk in. The gentleman with the hat on at the receptionist desk wired verbatim after sharing what services I wanted were “right now” “unfortunately I can’t help you, I have other people we need to help”
Now I can give grace and say there was a bit of a language barrier. However by no means would I sit in the parking lot to write this review if I wasn’t appalled at the verbiage chosen.
Not being able to be seen is totally fine. How you communicate with customer is the take away here. Would still love to try this establishment at some other time.

Read moreI needed a last minute pedicure. I called a few placed but they were all busy. But when I called Ace Nail Lounge, Arbel answered and after asking how long it would be for my arrival, I was able to get a spot. There was ample parking in the little shopping center where it is located. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly smile. I felt like Ive been coming here for years. This place is so beautifully decorated. Gold and tan. It is so clean and organized. Polish color is easy to pick from. Before he guided me to my seat he offered a few drink options. The young lady was friendly and asked different details of how I wanted my pedicure. She was soft and did a great job! I think this is my new pedicure place. Especially since I also love the music 💕 100 stars if I could! Maybe next time ill get my lashes done, spray tan, or my eye brows done!
I had to come back for a gel manicure! Natia was the best! I will be seeing...
Read moreI arrived at this nail salon for the first time, desperate to get my nails done before my trip abroad. While the service and ambiance were initially impressive, my experience quickly turned sour. Despite paying a hefty sum of $120 for the French tip gel x and an additional $50 for a gel manicure for my sister, the quality was shockingly poor. Within just four days, one of my gel x nails popped off, and the next day, another one detached while I was sleeping. Being abroad made it impossible for me to quickly fix the issue, and to add insult to injury, the rest of my nails came off easily in hot water, something that has never happened to me before. To make matters worse, my sister's gel manicure started chipping after five days. For the amount I paid, this level of subpar quality is utterly disappointing .It's deeply disappointing to have invested so much money and time into a nails that did not...
