I had an absolute great experience here. I am from out of town and like to try a new dispensary everytime I am so happy at the level of service i received that I am going out of my way to write a review. First off these girls are very friendly and they were very polite with the covid rules at the same time while keeping everyone safe and running so smoothly. Once in the shop the bud tenders were super knowledgeable of the products and able to reccomend products based on what we were looking for and give honest reviews of the products. We were in town and were enjoying some site and didn't want to be knocked out but wanted something strong that would give us that fun giggly high. So based on what they reccomended on what we desired I would say was perfectly on point. Lastly the price point was just fine. Everything in LA is more then what we get normally pay at home but compared to the other dispensaries in LA i would say they have good prices. The location was also in a great location. We were visiting Anaheim and going to hollywood to see the walk of stars and it was perfectly located in between. They had a small parking lot but east to access and had security. I visited on a Tuesday like around 5ish and there was maybe one or two people in line but by the time they checked us in one person had already went in and we really did not have to wait at all maybe 10 mins most. The store is beautifully decorated and the layout is super easy to navigate. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and eager to help. I’ve been out of state for over a decade so this was my first CA dispensary visit in 11 years, and I was fairly out of the loop on who the producers are and what products are available. I was helped by Amariana and she was an absolute gem! She was super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and share her personal recommendations on all the different types of products. It felt more like a conversation with an old friend than just a simple transaction, and I really appreciate the effort she took to get me up to speed on all the producers and their products. She didn’t have to go that hard, but the fact that she did shows how much she cares about making sure you know exactly what you’re getting and why each product differs from each other. As for the store itself, they have a 10% discount for first time customers and a nice loyalty program that earns you cash back on future purchases (double on Tuesday and Thursday) instead of the usual “accumulate X amount of points to earn a reward” like most other places use. And the more you spend the higher percentage of cash back you earn, so it pays to splurge a bit. They also offer a delivery service for when you can’t get out to the storefront so they’ve got you covered in all circumstances. I had problems with Tangie cartridges since Dec 23rd and you replaced them 3 times. It was definitely a bad batch and whatever was in it wasn't what I've been smoking for over a year. The Tart n Tangie Rad has been my main smoke since being diagnosed with a rare blood disease and it got me through some very tough times so when I got a sore tongue, mouth and throat, I knew something was wrong but I never thought it could be a bad batch. So the second cartride blew up in my face when I heated it to take a pull ( THIS NEVER EVA HAPPENED BEFORE ) and it made me sick. I asked the budtender to please alert the owner and give me info for RAD to see what's up. I went back into the hospital and came in last week and got another Tart n tangie because I'd highly recommended it to 1 of the girls AND SHE LOVES IT. SO THIS CARTRIDGE WAS perfect. No irritations, no exploding! I'm glad that CCA replaced the bad cartridges BUT I really thought I'd get more for my troubles. Having to walk back to keep returning a product was difficult for me. I am disabled a fresh out the Hospital and someone, in my opinion could've offered me flower, edibles, a different cartridge...
