My Tesla X was recently vandalized for no good reason at all. Two deep, long scratches across my hood just messed up this pretty boy! (The car-- not me-lol) After I huffed and puffed for a week and realized that my insurance was useless because my deductible was ridiculously high- I had to bite the bullet and just get my favorite car of all time back to it's original state. I closely interviewed a few local places. The range was stagerring; from absurdly high to suspiciously low. One even said the work would take 2 weeks to repaint my hood.... In the end, Kyle's friendly, but straightforward approach, his confidence in the ability of their painters and the high quality of the paint they use convinced me to go with them. From the professional and friendly ladies at their front desk (hi Amber), the very charming antiques and historical pictures on their wall-- the finish and service was top notch! Last, they were so quick and nice to answer and resolve my issue with a haze. It turned out to be just wax because they washed and detailed my car at the end! Yes- washed, cleaned and even armor-alled my wheels!! They went above and beyond and I am more than pleased that I went with my gut feel!! Fantastic Service & Unique LA Vibe at Canoga Auto Body

I recently took my car to Canoga Auto Body after being hit by another driver. I was dealing with a high deductible, unsure who’d cover the repair costs, and had previously removed car rental coverage to save on insurance. Despite not going through insurance for my auto rental, Canoga Auto Body stepped up and made sure that I received a discounted rate. From the start, the team here made the whole experience smooth and easy.

Tracy, who handled my case, was absolutely on top of everything—detail-oriented, super polite, and completely forthcoming about the repair process. She kept me in the loop from start to finish, which made all the difference. The whole team, from the office staff to the technicians, was incredibly friendly and professional, too.

And I have to mention the vibe of the place! Canoga Auto Body isn’t your typical repair shop—it feels more like a time capsule of LA in the ‘60s, ‘70s, and ‘80s. The walls are lined with photos and memorabilia. I found myself looking around, reminiscing instead of staring down at my phone. It’s just a cool, welcoming spot.

I'd like to thank the team at Canoga Auto Body for completing a seamless job on my RAV4 XLE! Someone accidentally hit my parked car trying to park next to me and caused some decent scratches, I just wanted my car to be restored to its new condition. They did exactly that and also patched another spot/dent from a previous incident as a surprise! I cannot express how happy I am with this job and they also did a complimentary car wash, my car has honestly never been so clean and it genuinely looks brand new. Shoutout to team for attention to detail!

Diane and Tracey provided excellent customer service upon my initial call in to request a quote and they kindly invited me to bring the car on by. Craig was able to take a look at my car and quickly advised it'd be $600 flat. I had several quotes from local shops ($600-$1200!) and Canoga Auto Body gave me the best price at $600 with the reassurance that'd it be an easy job and ready in 4 days max. To my delightful surprise, they had my car ready at the end of the 3rd day. Communication was great and staff was extremely friendly with updates.

I don't anticipate or hope to have to come back soon, but for any future issues, I know I can count on them and will definitely be recommending friends and family. Thank you...
