Downey Recreation Center — Attraction in Los Angeles

I called and asked the staff there what time does the basketball gym open today . A woman answered and said they are open from 3pm-9pm. I arrived at the basketball gym around 5pm just to find out they are closed. There were tables and chairs spread throughout the gym. They need to be more considerate of other people’s time.
