Mite infested clones (see pics). I drove up from Long Beach to pick up some up some dark heart clones. The shop looks nice from the front and inside, but when you start looking at the strains you will notice that only about 25% of them are actually in stock. I asked about a strain and bud tender said oh we haven't had that in a long time. Why is the jar still on display then? I guess they need to give the appearance of a huge shop with all this variety to justify long waits in line and high prices. I ask about the clones and the budtender says they just sold them sorry. I had called in advance less than an hour prior. She says they have more in the back but only their "clone guy" David handles them. Ok it happens... I'll try again tomorrow.

Day 2 I call in advance, they say can't hold them for you first come first serve. I make the 30 min drive up there again. David, goes to the back of the shop and brings out some clones. I take a quick peek and ask him a few questions about how they've been cared for so far. They have ropes keeping you about three feet from the counter so it wasn't easy to inspect them. My mistake was having faith in this shop to sell safe quality products and I didn't check them closely. I assumed the dark heart brand would carry some quality?

By the time I got home i realized they sold me the worst mite-infested clones you've ever seen. Had to make another hour round trip to get a refund - minus the gas money, time, and the tip I originally left. David acted like he couldn't believe it and had no idea. If his job is to manage the clones then he needs to be replaced. I've had to sterilize everything in sight and hope I've seen the last of this shop's bugs. I generally like this place but am tired of them not even honoring their own advertised deals. This clearly says 1 1$ preroll per eighth, yet I bought a quarter and they refused to honor their own deal and said at check out it should say "1 pre roll per unit not per 8th" and only gave me 1 pre roll when I purchased 2 8ths. Very annoying. Make sure you double and triple check that they actually honor their own deals because they don't always do so.

UPDATE: I Came back a week later and they changed the sign to say the deal is "buy 1/4 get a one dollar preroll." So I go to buy a the 1/4 and they once again refused to honor their own advertised promo and would not give me a preroll for a dollar.

This is 2 weeks in a row i have come to this shop and they refused to honor their own deals.

This is one of the shadiest dispensaries in not only LA, but the country.

This review is only on the Bloom cartridge, I usually buy the Superb cartridge and I informed the female helping me that I would only do that quality or similar. She suggested the Bloom Cartridge and what a disappointment. I went with a Sativa 92% and a Indica 94% .The liquid freezes and get tons of bubbles making the pen useless. Had to use my blow dryer to unfreeze it and try to get a hit from it and no go. It's summer in LA and this cartridge hardens, so lame. If that what their reps are suggesting then standard and quality is not there. Two useless cartridges, i can't say I felt anything because I didn't. Waste of money, this use to be my go to for flower and they always carry the Superb cartridges I like. I was interested in the new PBR cannabis infused drinks tried one out ehhhh.
