Brian and Tyler are a dream team! We bought the new hybrid Ford Maverick as a TOAD for our class c rv. It’s new so the tow packages aren’t super refined just yet. My husband was incredibly nervous to add the tow gear, as he didn’t want cuts in the bumper and an overall cheap look on his new vehicle - basically YouTube scared him.

We’d spent the last three years researching TOADable vehicles, and this being new to the market left us calling around for assistance. Our call to Brian was met with patience and care that was palpable through the phone, so going to this shop was a no brainer.

We visited to meet them and to allow them to ponder through our custom set-up (each tow package is customized to each need). They were so great that we left the vehicle on the spot. I believe it was a Wednesday and the job was completed/ready for pick up on Friday. Impressive!

I’m the captain of our rig and have never towed anything, so they had me drive the rv to them for pick up 1) to check final measurements & connections, 2) feel it all out aka fine tune brakes, and 3) walk me through all the connections. This is it, the walking me through part. Brian and Tyler took every possible angle with me, patiently walking me through each and every single detail. I felt fondness for them both as though they were my cousin and uncle carefully preparing me for this new big thing; I felt cared for and loved by total strangers.

If you’re considering the new Ford Maverick as a TOAD vehicle, I’d say to not hesitate AND to consider Brian and Tyler to customize your hookup. I’ve towed three times now and it’s easy peasy since they got me straight from the getgo. Even called Brian with a question one time and he took the time to explain why I did what I did, rather than simply telling me what to do. Gosh...

I needed a hitch for my bicycle rack. I researched these guys and liked their history. Been around since the 40's means they are doing something right. So I did some more research and knew this was the place. I leased cars and installed hitches on all of them, but finally decided that buy a car and needed a new hitch. I went to my usual spot to buy the hitch. Ordered online in November and comes January and still no hitch. I called the orange and white colored moving truck company and they have no date on the backlog. I cancelled it! Best thing that could have happened. I found these guys and man am I happy with the results. Nice snug and hidden. It's worked like a charm. They will be my hitch installers going forward. Great...

I don't trust that they won't rip me off for every cent and very rude. I had my wife bring in my truck so they can give a proper estimate and know what kind of work they would be doing to add a hitch. I was then given a price over the phone as I was out of town. When I brought the truck in apparently they were to lazy to go outside and see the truck when my wife brought it in so final cost was higher then what I was qouted. Then I call back for other work I would like done as I have a list of things and major attitude when asking questions as they seemed to busy to talk. I'll be taking my business...
