Elite Thai Massage — Attraction in Los Angeles

I will give this thai massage place 1 star because they hired a masseuse name julia or julie without experience at all and very rude. I dont usually give reviews but i feel like she need to change her attitude towards customer. I went to LA for appointment and i found this place because of good reviews at yelp. Why not give it a try. Ive been going to massage in my place in laguna hills for a long time so i know if the masseuse are better or not . Anyhow, the session start ,she ask me if she can step on my back and i said yes and i told her to concentrate on my back too. The moment she is start stepping my back and rubbing me i noticed that i pick a worst masseuse. She doesnt know what to do. Massage is an art , do it with passion and slow but she is the opposite. She will rub my neck, 10 second later, she will go on my left hand, few seconds later she is on my lower back, and on and on and on. I got disasppointed because the start of the massage i gave already a $20 tip to give me a good massage so what happen is i talk to her and said to her that “do you know how to massage” and she reply right a away that do u want different girl with rude voice. Im just saying to her that to slow down and if you are massaging my back try to stay there and focus because i pay for 90mins. Anyhow, she said that is her technique but bs why they hired you, you dont know how to massage. They replace her with NiNa and the moment she massage me if feels the different. Nina is the average to good massesue. Im sorry but i need to give still 1 star because of julia or julie. Pls bring her to training before she can start massaging...

this was easily the worst massage of my life. i asked which service would be best based on my soreness and the man at the front desk suggested the combo massage. immediately the woman starts walking on my back, which i didn't want as i had back surgery in the past year. i told her and asked her to please not wak on me. 2 minutes later she starts doing it again and i have to ask her not to. she then spends 40 minutes on my shoulders and i had to ask if she could do my legs. it was more of being rubbed down with oil than a massage. i asked her 8 times if she could go harder because again, it wasn't even a massage. i was highly disappointed and not feeling any better after. when i explained all of this to the man at the front it took him maybe 5 minutes to apologize and the masseuse immediately asked if i could zelle her and for a tip. needless to say i will never be going back, which is very disappointing considering how close it is to me. if the customer service were better it could've been redeeming but all in all it was a terrible experience. save your money...

I went to Lotus Thai massage, after finishing a mediocre 90min massage at Awe Spa. I called and was able to come straight there from the other average experience at Awe Spa. Nancy was my massage therapist. She was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I had so many deep knots the shoulder blades of my back, and neck that she was able to work out that the previous therapist at the other place didn't even discovery. She was so attentive. I liked pressure and her deep Thai combo was more on point than the man that gave me my massage at the other place. I was so pleased before I left I purchased 5 more for the future with Nancy. She's that great! And if you you there and experience her magical hands tip her well because she is more than deserving of a gracious tip and this review. I'm not going to anyone I've found my person. Now if you do go and request Nancy try not to book her up and get carried away, because I'll need my 90...
