Wow! The best marinated pork ribs! Come on down to Jin Ju. It isn't an all you can eat spot, but you can't beat the quality. My friend and I decided to try the prime beef and the marinated pork ribs (which is their speciality). Both meats were very delicious. They pretty much cook your food for you. The beef was cut into nice cubes. They were cooked at a perfect medium rare. The prok ribs were also cut into pieces, as well. There was a good selection of 10 types of banchan: fishcake (eomuk bokkeum), sesame broccoli, kimchi, potato salad, cucumber kimchi (sigeumchi-namul), stir-fried glass noodles (japchae), korean spinach, pickled onions, bean sprouts (kongnamul), pancake (yachaejeon), and radish kimchi (kkakdugi) . And honestly, this spot has one of the better quality banchan sides. The japchae had so much flavor, and the potato salad was also good. I appreciated that they offered the pickled onions, which goes really well with the marinated pork. My friend was also excited that they had korean spinach, which most places don't have at all. We also ordered the red pepper paste soup. It was so good! Rick and full of flavor. There's enough seating for 2-6 people to each table. It's not too big of a spot, so if you're trying to get away from the long lined spots - this is the spot to be. Service is quick and friendly. There is free parking in the lot if you're lucky. If not, you can find free...
Read moreFirst of all there is no validation for parking you have to pay 4 dollars, second of all the worst Korean place Iâve been to, the old waitress with glasses is very rude and when I ordered the sea food package and she rolled her eyes and said âthatâs itâ sure wasnât a lot but what makes us any difference? And I told her does the pancake have any milk? I repeatedly asked her does have milk? And she doesnât seem to understand a simple question and Iâm extremely allergic to milk and when i ate it, it made me so sick after. Sheâs have no consideration and very bad customer service, and we felt so discriminated against who is not Korean!! if this is your first time just quick tips this is not all you can eat bbq restaurant and it said 20-50 per person its very falsely advertised and all the meat plates is at least 35 and its very small portion, I suggest if anyone new find some Korean bbq where is all you can eat. I really donât want to act like a bad person but I donât want anyone else to experience the...
Read moreAn unassuming storefront but their meats and banchan were top-notch. We had the prime sirloin steak. It was substantial, super tender, and very tasty. Also tried their famous marinated pork ribs, which were perfectly seasoned, with a balanced sweetness to bring out the flavour of the meat⌠donât forget to dip it in the sesame oil and sea salt!
The service was excellent. Our server was very kind, efficient and made sure we had all that we needed while she helped us grill our meats with a practiced hand. The banchan was fresh, with crunchy seasoned vegetables that held their flavour and vibrancy. My personal favourites were the pickled white onions and marinated beansprouts. Authentic and on-point.
On top of that, we came on New Yearâs Eve and they were accommodating, patient and made it an occasion to remember with the best KBBQ weâve had, ever. Quality we appreciated.
Parking is valet at $4 as...
