Extra Space Storage — Attraction in Los Angeles

I had a fantastic experience with Extra Space Storage located on Cedros Ave in Panorama City, thanks to the Store Manager Marcela T! As a first-time customer, I was a bit unsure about the whole storage process, but Marcela made it incredibly easy and pleasant.

From the moment I walked in, Marcela was welcoming and attentive. She took the time to explain all my options and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I truly appreciated her willingness to help me find the best storage unit that fit my needs and budget.

What impressed me the most was the great price she offered for my unit, especially as a first-time customer. It felt like I was getting excellent value for my money, and I left feeling confident that my belongings would be safe and secure.

For the past few months, there have been no carts to use at this facility- whether we came when it was busy or without a soul in the building. This was a feature of convenience advertised that there are “plenty” of carts available, and that management would be happy to assist. I asked management about it today and she said that tenants stash them in their storage units making them unavailable for anyone else. She mentioned that it is expensive for them yet offered no long term solution. I said that I hoped that it can get resolved soon and she said me too then arrogantly “or maybe not” and shrugged, then giggled as I walked away. While I may have been visibly frustrated, I was far from rude or disrespectful, not even close. This employee today, right before closing, is completely worthless. This cart issue has been inconvenient and a time waste for me and my employees that use this, costing us money. Fortunately there are ways to recoup some costs of this crap. We will be moving elsewhere more reliable. Hopefully somewhere where most of their cameras work as this facilities CCTV system is almost 50%...
