I went to get my hair done by Elizabeth and first off, I asked the lady to do a particular set of twists I showed her 3 pictures and she said she could do them.

I got there and when she started doing my twists she didnt even brush out the hair or start the braid off right I had to tell her how to put it in.. Second, the lady parted my hair so uneven it didn’t make any sense. I told her she needed to do it over she then god mad and started yelling talking about “if I’m going to stress her out then she’s going to stress me out.” Then I began to explain to her that I get my hair gone all the time if I don’t like something the person usually just fixes it without problem.

After all the arguing she pulls out some scissors and tries to cut my hair... I Grabbed her hand and pushed it away then she snatched the other side of my hair and start pulling it and trying to cut it.. we then started fighting and I ended up calling the police and it went from there... I have multiple cut wounds from the scissors she had.. This is the WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD EVER!!! EVER!!! I will now be...

Ms Lydie is the absolute queen! She is a true hair grower, is so patient, and makes clean classy styles. I’ve been going to her for the past 5 years. And she’s the ONLY braider who was able to grow my hair(mainly my kitchen) which was so short when I came to her. I had bald spots for years, and could never get my whole head braided:(. Lydie helped me grow my hair out, and now it’s longer and stronger.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I haven't cut my hair in around two years and they did amazing! After I set up an appointment and arrived to the salon with FULLY DRY hair, I asked for a haircut. The lady who did my hair saw how much I had and decided to suggest a trim instead. She made my hair look and feel healthy, eliminated most of the dry and dead ends.
