Green Nail — Attraction in Los Angeles

This business admitted to sloppy work and still charged me. That's right. Bottom line, they're after the $$$ but tje quality of work doesn't match the service they are charging for. The owner and staff are super sweet but I believe they need to revisit their prices. To add Chrome service to nails is $10-15 max, at any salon. But here, they charge $25. Not because their work is fantastic, I think its actually the opposite, they don't want to do it so they charge a ridiculous price to deter customers and clients. I came in with a reference photo and let me tell you, the technician had the HARDEST time with my chrome. I wish she would habe been honest with me from the beginning and said she couldn't do what I was asking for instead of just saying ues and having me walk out with filthy nails. I still tipped her but was really disappointed in seeing a business happily accept $$$$ from an unsatisfied customer. Their business approach is poor. The owner did offer to fix my nails tje following week but I traveled far in hopes this would be my go-to nail,salon but I won't give business (in this economy especially) to an establishment that clearly doesn't care about their own reputation, let alone the satisfaction of their patrons.

If you do decide to go, pay attention to what they do with soiled instruments. State board should be called.

The photo I used as reference and the garbage I got. Not only are my nails not sharp but look at how bumpy they are and the chrome line of my French tips are amateur looking. Look at my cuticles!!! $95 for these.... Very dishonest and their voicenail isn't even set up. They don't want to hear from anyone they just let ypu know right as ypu walk in the visit will be pricey.. no joke...

If yjebwork is good, the proce doesn't matter. If the work is trash, people will complain-...

Wanted to like this place but never been in so much pain in my life by just doing nails . I’ve been getting hard gel for about 4 months now , decided to try a new place . I got the hard gel done and they looked beautiful ,but 10 days later they began to break and bleed . 2 of them literally ripped at the skin ! I called and they were very cooperative and told me to come in. They reddid my nails and 5 days later I began to notice them cracking again . Called and they said they will fix them. Once again very cooperative. The day before my appointment my nail ripped off at the skin once again. The worst pain ever ! Was kinda upset bc I grew my nails out to a good length and now my nails are being Damaged and ripped by the skin .Needless to say I didn’t show up to my appointment in fear that I will just waste my time and be left with broken painful bloody nails for a third time. I’m not sure if the lady who did my nails was trained correctly to do nails bc other places I been to I’ve never experienced this . I didn’t mention this to the owner but the first time I did my nails the lady who did them while she was using the drill idk how this happend but she let go of the drill and it fell on my finger and sliced the lower part of my finger . I didn’t even say anything and still tipped the lady well. Really wanted to like this place, but all my years of getting my nails done I’ve never experienced this ever . As you can see in the pic other nails broke too luckily only one broke at the skin the day before the appointment I didn’t show up to Wish I had a good experience here since it’s down the street...

Went here with my friends, worst service i’ve had after three years of getting my nails done. I tried to call before hand to make an appointment but the call went to voicemail (the voicemail box was full), so i went to the shop and asked to make an appointment. I got a fill and a pedicure and i don’t even know where to begin. The woman who did my pedicure cut my nails too short and filed them down till the point where i had to pull my foot away because it hurt too much. She then completely stopped doing my pedicure and went to attend another client, mind you my toe nails had only been cut and filed. When The woman who did my fill came she started by filing down the old color on my nails. She did not do a good job and left red powder residue all over my hands, legs, and nails. While she was filing down my nail bed she made me bleed multiple times in multiple different areas. When i asked her if she could shorten my nails she was very rude and told me to be patient, she did not shorten them and they are now extremely long and sharp. I got a french tip and they are straight up pink and white. They look like pressons with red specks all over them. She ruined my nail bed and left my right middle finger bleeding and proceeded to put acrylic on top of the bleeding area. After she was done with my nails the lady who was doing my pedicure came back and did my toes, once again, they are straight up pink and white and the french tip line is extremely thick and ugly. The overall price for all of this was almost $200, BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. i will not be going...
