I've taken several classes with different teacher. I like this studio because of the peaceful atmosphere. My fav class is Saturday morning/afternoon because we can get fresh air through the big window(door) from the garden while we are practicing. Although each teacher has different strength and unique different focus, most of teachers still put an emphasis on alignment and breath. I just moved to LA and explored several yoga places but this studio is top ranked on my record. I was out of shape and hadn't done yoga in over 6 years, but after my first week (around 3 to 4 courses), I felt connected and committed to learning how to listen and speak to my body again. Classes are affordable and deals are available to new members. Unlike other places that I have attended, this studio is adjacent to a garden; the experience feels in tune with nature. There is plenty of parking, and the staff is friendly. I have taken several classes already, and so far, my favorite class is the Tuesday Slow Flow Level 1-2 class at 5:45 P.M.
