Trust the reviews and don’t come here. DISGUSTING PLACE and rude incompetent manicurists! They just rush through so they can take your money and move on to the next person, doing a CORRECT job is not important to them.

Let’s start off with them NOT disinfecting their tools. They use the same ones all day and just throw them back onto their little rolling carts. I asked the lady if they use barbicide between each client use and she had no idea what barbicide was. They just quickly splash the tiniest amount of alcohol on it and start using it. No wonder so many people complain of infection.

They do not do the proper steps of a manicure/pedicure, and when you correct them they get upset that they have to actually do their job right. The shaping of nails is so inconsistent, they did not buff/prep my nails, and they didn’t push cuticles back before trimming. When I asked for the corrections to be made they got bothered. I had to grab the tool myself and push back all my cuticles for the nail lady because she was ready to paint my nails without correcting. They also did not clean up the polish from my skin before using the UV light so now I have polish stuck on my skin.

Now the disgusting man at the front is also rude. No manners whatsoever and seems like he hates his life because of how miserable he is. When I went to get charged, he didn’t even acknowledge me even though I was right in front of him. He stayed watching baseball on his phone and got mad when I asked him to charge me and said “why are you in a rush” I told him “I want to leave because this place is very disgusting and service is horrible” and then he says “don’t come back then” which of course I won’t, instead of asking what went wrong and how can it be better next time.

As I was sitting there, I heard many other clients having the same issues of the client correcting the manicurist on the steps and telling them to do the step that they are skipping...

Very horrible experience. I was charged twice on my debit card 10 days ago . I went back the same day, the person who charged me told me to go back in 24 hours and he would give me back my money. I went on the Dec 25th and Jaik (I think that his name) told me the company will refund me the money and if they don't to come back in one week. I believed him so I waited. I came today and the guy who initially overcharged me attended me and gave me attitude and told me that the company refunded me the money which was no true. I showed him my bank statements to show him that I did not received the refund. Then he gave me more attitude and was dismissive. I was so frustrated and upset at this point. Jaik was not there and both of them keep giving me different information. It was not until we started arguing that he told me to come tomorrow to get back my $180 and he still had the audacity to say that $180 is not a lot of money. I went to work late today because they keep giving me the runaround. I filed a complaint with my bank and my bank inform me that they will deal with L.A Nails. I should of just let my bank handle it since the beginning, but this is what happens when you are patient and expect that others will do the right thing. L.A Nails, my sisters and I will no longer go to your shop. You just lost 7 loyal customers. Be aware and make sure you look at your bank statements because they will...

I had stop coming to this place because they don't Take their time ...I know time Is Money, but of you want customers intend them right. I've been going to nail club and they do the nails way better but longer wait time. So I understand I'm going back To what I'm saying by doing their job fast, but when I recently went, my nails was done by the man with eyeglasses...he did his job so fast ThT I caught him in the middle of It right when he was about to apply the gel polish, and I noticed two of my nails were crooked, lopsided...I told him about it and he pretended he didn't see it but then he said "oh I know Hahaha " so if I didn't tell him he would Continue with his work...he just fixed one nail by simply applying the powder.....and to tell you the truth my nails Look great if ur head is above my nails , but of you sitting sideways and looking at my nails at that direction, my nails look like They are popping out. They sure don't look natural looking like The other spot I've been Going. I will No longer come here . As for my Pedicure , I felt the for Didn't do no work on my feet because normally if they do some work on my feet I will feel a slight of Pain not much ..and this time I felt Nothing as in she just made few cuts and applied the polish..oh well for sure now Ima have to wait for nail club...better than...

My daughter got her nails done at this nail salon and when she got home I was upset with how they cut her fingers and cuticles. She was excited to try a new place but she came back super dissatisfied. Not only were her fingers bleeding but she didn’t get the service she asked for. The nail tech at station #7 proceeded to add glue to one of the cuts on her finger to what I assume was to stop the bleeding. My daughter said the lady was being rough while handling her nails and seemed in a rush. I usually don’t write reviews but when I called the salon the man at the front disregarded us and showed no interest on this issue. I wouldn’t recommend this place, that being said, the only nail tech that actually seemed to care and does a good job at acrylics is Michael.

This place is ok. Their prices are not as high as other nail places. However, you get what you pay for. I’ve been coming here since they opened, and up until today I would’ve given it 4 stars. Whenever I show them pictures, they say “okay I can do it,” but it almost never comes out right. Then when you ask for shorter nails, they say that your nails are already short enough and refuse to cut them “too much.” I’m 16 and I need to do work with my hands, so I can’t have nails that are too long. My nails are naturally long, but the size they do it is still too much for me. My mom’s nails are the same. I convinced her to get acrylics today, and the technician hurt her finger and didn’t do it how my mom wanted it. For my nails, they also left gaps where you can see my natural nail on the sides. Their manicures with regular and gel polish are okay, and their pedicures are too, but their acrylics are not that great. If you do go, there are some really good people. Ask for Helen or Tina.

This is the worst place to go get your nails done. Poorr sanitation rude they speak their language talking bad about customers. I sat down i told hime i wanted my nails curvy he said was done i told hime i did not want my nails lime this i had asked for them cirvy not flat as an iron he said i can do for more money. I told him what are you going to up my price when i had already told you what type of nail i wanted he said you wan or no wan. I told him what ever you people always end up doing what ever you want. Even the nail color i picked one and he told me its to ugly. I did not want to argue with him cause then is like a little pack rat all of them start looking at you. This place needs to shut down they are unsanitary they have the worst customer service . So F them
