I had placed a mobile order through the app and was told that it was going to be ready before I get there. I’m glad thinking that I would be able to pick it up and then quickly leave. I was wrong. When I arrived their pick up was not available and only drive thru was. Their line was not that long, however it was very slow. By the time I reached the speaker to stop and say it was for a mobile order around 20 minutes had passed. I waited and no told me anything at the speaker and I drove up to the next window thinking it was broken. The person manning the drive thru opens the door and tells me the incorrect order. Once I tell her that it was a mobile order she proceeds to rudely roll her eyes at me and raise her voice saying that next time I should say that at the speaker before approaching the window. She hands me my watered down drinks and aggressively slams the window shut before I can even ask her any questions or let her know that no one said anything at the speaker. I'm glad you're getting serviced but the wait time is ridiculous I feel like STARBUCKS owes me GAS MONEY!! I sit in my car for about 30 minutes for a freaking drink. Is there a way that you can consider your patrons and not take so long??? It's ridiculous. The wait times for a drink it's not like you're making fast food. You need to give us 5 to 10 dollars on gas money along when you order. STILL---- DO BETTER!!!
WTH??? $1.00 FOR NO ICE IN YOUR DRINK. This is horrible. We support you as a community from the day you opened. You get the notoriety, then you raise your prices, and charge for "no ice". The ice waters down your drink, and separates before you can even get back home. Now that your have our business, you want to delegate. There are so many other Starbucks with better service. Like no other Monday morning my sister takes my mom to have breakfast at Starbucks and let me tell you this is very important for my Mom, she looks forward to every Monday. Like every Monday morning my sister puts two tables together for the five of us can sit down and enjoy our coffee and pastries. This morning was like no other, Suddenly a guy sits in one of our seats with no respect that the seats were taken to use his computer. My sister asked nicely for him to move but he just ignored her. Top it off he didn’t even purchase anything he just wanted to use the free WiFi. At one point he even screamed scaring my Mom and family. We even talked to the manager and he said there was nothing he can do. We called headquarters and they only wanted to give us a $25 credit to my sisters card but that's not the point.
