Marine View — Attraction in Los Angeles

I shouldn't be harassed and oppressed for my human rights. And my disability rights. Sandra Don the apartment manager is a liar, cruel and evil. She has been oppressing me ever since I moved here. They over charge water. They charge for everything. If you are disabled, run. They will lie and say they provide accommodations. It's just to get you to sign the lease. After you sign the lease they changed on you. Wouldn't provide a ramp claiming it costs $14,000. I bought a $200. She rejected it saying its a trip Hazzard for the other residents safety. I asked her about my safety and she told me to wait. They had their lawyer threaten to evict me, toe my car, remove a ramp that I pay for for my needs. This affects the quality of my life. I have lived here 1 week and i have been ready to move out since i got here. This apartment constantly smells like CIGARETTES from my neighbors!! And there is this foul musty odor in here from being so humid since there's no central AC. I went to the office to see if there was anything they could do at least about the cigarette smell because of course I don't want my house smelling like cigarettes when I don't even smoke and I have a 2 year old! They told me theres nothing they can do about it. Now I'm self conscious that I will smell bad from this place and pray my kid doesn't get asthma! It's also so noisy, you can hear everything from dogs barking, people talking, TV's so loud, oh and some random knocking constantly coming from my microwave. Customer service is nonexistent. Went to check out apartments and the first guy who greeted us asked us to wait a moment and then told us he was leaving on break, but the other representative could help us. She is on the phone, covers the mouthpiece and tells us she is busy on the phone and could we come back in a half hour? We come back in a half hour and everyone is gone on lunch... We drive by a week later and try again. The first guy asks us to wait while he finishes typing something into the computer. We wait. Finally we get to talk and find out the rents are several hundred dollars more expensive than is listed on their own website. So unorganized and unprofessional.
