Miracle Home Health Care, Inc — Attraction in Los Angeles

I've been dealing with some painful issues for about 3 years now. Doctors and emergency rooms and being admitted all the time never helped and the doctors are busy also not having time to help for very long. I was referred to Miracle Home Health Care for home treatment since I was discharged from the hospital. I wasn't to sure about it with a house full of people and such. Duron is a great employee that you sent to my home. What a difference he makes. He is very professional and is that way with everyone in my home. He takes care of my wound and my family (who doesn't like anyone very much) is sad when he leaves. The bottom line is for 3 years my pain was bad and I wasn't healing properly. Now I am in very minor pain and have a better outlook on life because my wounds are finally healing. Duron is always happy to see everyone and goes out of his way to be here at different times because my schedule sometimes changes. And he is always on time. I had an unsatisfactory experience with them. On multiple occasions, from the initial contact to two nurse visits, they said they tried to call me, but I have no record of their calls. The intake nurse was 2 hours late,. The medical group approved nurse visits, but they did not schedule any for me. When I called to ask why, they said they would check. They never told me to expect nurse visits, but then scheduled visits for me. A nurse said she called to visit me . They said I didn't answer my phone and they did not leave a message. They then said I had no-showed on the visit. I do not have a record of them calling. They called to discharge me because of these "missed" visits. When I called to complain about the lack of communication, lack of care, and ghost voicemails, they were unapologetic. They said they are not able to schedule nurse visits in advance. They would not even be able to tell me which day the nurse would show up. Just be ready at any time. Even if I had a received their phone calls, what if I had been asleep when they called? This is a horrible system. Still, they could never prove what happened with the ghost...

Since June of 2020 when I was discharged from the hospital I received a phone call from Dianne, who from day one has always went above and beyond for me. She always made sure I was ok and that I was getting the services that I needed. She makes me feel special every time we speak. I will always appreciate Dianne for her services and for her caring heart... She is like family... As far as PT and OT I have been blessed with the most respected ladies ever. Always going out of their way to make sure that I am getting the best help as seen fit for ME!!! Like Dianne they are family to me My nurse care is like no other.
