I'm not from this area. Traveling last weekend, & I love Five Guys in my hometown. This place in particular had great service. It wasn't spotless. Food was delicious UNTIL, my friend spotted a hair in the fries! Killed our appetite. Four guys, not five, were standing around chit chatting as we were eating. (Instead of at least 1 of them cleaning or something). I bring up the chit chatting because they're laughing & joking & one of them has a beard. Short & curly, like the hair I found in my fries. I showed them & they were kind enough to grant me a $10 gift card. Ok, but I mentioned to them that they should drain the oil & empty our the fries. (Which they won't) I asked them why they're not wearing hair nets & they stated that it's only if you have long hair. Well, as you can see, short hair makes it's way onto the food too you know. I'll never be back to that one establishment.

Out of all the burger chains out there, I honestly think Five Guys is the best when it comes to pure taste. The burgers are super satisfying, with the beef flavor and fresh ingredients really coming through. But here's the thing—you've got to pick your own toppings, so it’s important to choose wisely. If you're new to Five Guys, you might go for the "All The Way" option, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It can make the burger too soggy, and you might lose that great beefy taste. Finding the right mix of toppings that works for you is the key to getting the most out of your Five Guys experience.

Probably the saddest looking burgers I've seen. And they cost $8! Eight Dollars for one hamburger! The sign says all their patties are juicy and well-done. Why would anyone want their beef well done?! Unless you are the kind of person that thinks McChicken nuggets are good. Just look at these burgers. See how tiny, dry, and sad they look. Is this what some people think is better than In-N-Out?!

Worst five guys I've ever been to by far!!!! I went last night with a friend at 8pm with 5 people already sitting down with their food and one woman waiting for her to go meal. We had to wait five minutes for anyone to even come to the register to take our orders! When he finally gets to the register he starts talking to his fry buddy for another minute before even greeting us! When our order was finally taken, the wait was over 20 min for two simple burgers, while I eventually just stood by the pickup counter to see what was taking so long. They kept calling number 4 over and over for another 10 min. I finally said "are you sure that's not my burger?" Turns out they gave my #6 order to the woman waiting for her #4 to go order. They then had to retake my burger order since they lost the receipt, meanwhile this woman left with an order probably not even close to what she paid for. Overall, extremely unsatisfied with the service and probably will just stick with In n Out...

I’ve always been a loyal Five Guys customer because of the consistently high quality and great experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. My order was taken incorrectly: instead of a single hamburger with American cheese and toppings (mushrooms, tomato, lettuce, onions, etc.), I was given an extra combo with just a plain burger. On top of that, the overall quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from Five Guys: The fries had a strange smell and were not fresh at all.The burger patty, which is usually juicy and flavorful, was dry and unpleasant. Even the bun tasted off and lacked its usual freshness.Everything about this order felt substandard compared to the Five Guys I know and recommend to others. This experience was very disappointing, and I truly hope your team takes this feedback seriously and addresses why both order accuracy and food quality have...
