Update - They immediately reached out after my negative review and promptly gave me $500 back to try to make it right. They apologized for ignoring me (said not intentional) and for my situation with the Dundalk sauna I got. Sauna does work and gets hot - just not perfect as described below. Maybe my situation was a one-off, I don’t know. Last conversation was good and Logan genuinely seemed to be interested in making it right so added back a star. I kind of hate giving a negative review but felt it would get their attention and it did.
Original review - “Had major problems due to faulty boards (curved longitudinally) and incorrect measurements to make the barrel. Needed a custom board constructed to finish the product and it still has gaps. Owner admitted major issues with his supplier and said they would refund me some money. Offered me $350 on a 9k bill. An Insult. I suggested $500 just to be done with it and feel 5% better about my troubles. Never responded, ignored me and therefore lied. No money refunded on a faulty sauna. They do not back their own products and will lie to you....
