Northgate González Market — Attraction in Los Angeles

Very bad customer service!! Been there twice first time they're debit card machine was not working, cashier said it was because I was paying with an EBT card I told her no it's a debit card from my bank bank of America she turned around and asked her supervisor and said yea is not working for debit cards. I told her you guys should put a sign it's very inconvenient that I wasted my time trying to get something you can't charge me for. She turned around and ignored me. Second time I went the ladies in the kitchen are horrible. They act like they don't wanna be there and are bothered when you ask them a question. They advertise for breakfast of your choice and when you ask for eggs to be made a certain simple way huevos con jamon eggs with ham they say no we don't have it. Why the hell do you advertise it then!? Never again am I going back to this northgate. I work in the area I thought this northgate would be similar to the one in norwalk or Whittier but they lack a lot of people and customer service skills. They all need to be trained including...

I utilize this location for its prepared foods. Roasted Chicken, salsas, cold shrimp dishes, carnitas, flavored waters or juices, hot drinks and not to mention tortillas. Very simple prepared food some may say, but it's all about how its put together. My rating is directed to a small but usually busy section of this Grocery Store. A "simple" dish can be called just that, but it's all in the tasting . . . Visit and "See" what I'm talking about. Walking in, "See" with your nose and understand with your taste buds. I have to limit myself, because I usually walk out with more than I can devour. Moderation is the the key for any food tasting experience, at least for a positive one. Trust me, I've visited locations, purchased all sorts of delectable flavors and due to my lack of willpower. Update February 28th 2021 - I stopped by this location again on Saturday evening and the meat looked dry and old. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take pictures but it was a total disgrace. I bought two pounds of chicken which I was going to cook today Sunday and it smelled extremely foul. The meat was rotten. I called the store and the manager asked me to go back to give me credit for the bad meat. I wasn't going to drive all the way from Glendale for a few bucks. But this place needs to be shut down for selling expired meat 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The store is small but they carry lots of Hispanic products. They have fresh produce, great meat, and a bakery.
