Walgreens — Local services in Los Angeles

I have been here several times. I am not from this state. Within one week, I saw a staff be extremely rude to a customer asking her to put the stuff she did not want put it back where she found it. It wasn’t the fact that the customer left things behind her. HER HANDS WERE FULL. It’s the way the worker spoke to her When I went a couple days later, I was picking up medications for my mom and the staff said. NO YOU CAN NOT PAY THE WATER HERE YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE LINE IN the FRONT. I understand if I had several items to pay for. ALL I HAD WAS WATER. I had to make the line, my mom was waiting for her meds as I had just been to the urgent care as she was very ill and needed these medications right away. He was not helpful. Dora at the front suggested that I speak to a supervisor, I didn’t want to do that but I did. He basically just said sorry. My point. Don’t expect managers to change their staff or their ways. But be aware of this Walgreens. Dora at the front always nice...

Rude and disgusting staff. The short lady up front asked me if I wanted a bag, I say yes. My total is $18.90, I give $20.I get my change and notice she gave me just a dollar. I told her it's supposed to be $1.10, then she snatches my receipt out my hand (not gonna lie, that instanlty pissed me off) and she points our the bag is 10 cent. I told her, next time, let people know that instead of assuming they do.

The other lady at the pharmacy literally handed me my prescription while munching on a cookie in the same hand and, then taking a sip of her drink at the counter. Food should be eaten at lunch, not at the counter, and ESPECIALLY not at a pharmacy counter. Disgusting and unprofessional. Definitely not...

I been there three times and all three times had to leave because there is to many people on line to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy, the person there seems to be upset for the job he is doing, I herd two customers asking something and the way he answers is not so good at all, I ask another person from the store about more people to assist in the Pharmacy and she said I'm sorry we are only three people right now. The service at the pharmacy last years was excellent, but now is horrible. This is my personal opinion, we as customers are not responsible if the employee is not happy working there, maybe Walgreens needs to pay little more attention on the...
