Pepe's Towing Service — Attraction in Los Angeles

My truck was told which they tried to call it a recovery so they didn't have to pay for the damages their Tire lift went through my engine but they blamed it on DWP saying that the guy stepped on the gas then they said they're not taking responsibility in a phone conversation there was three different statements but the son sent me an email stating that it's going to the insurance company the father Jose Acosta decided that he was going to tell me that I owe him $2,000 because he had to recover the vehicle the vehicle was running the police department saw it as well but told me my truck was not worth nothing and I'm not getting anything and that he's denying don't ever do business with Pepes Towing because they may wreck your car and then tell you that it's your fault everybody else's fault but there's I have talked to several people that have had Towing from Pepes and they have said the same thing they'll say it's a recovery because it hit something but the gentleman have the story not proper said that the truck was in a house that hadn't happened it had not six bricks out they just were concerned DWP in the police department wanted it winched out because they thought that would be the safest for everyone however the gentleman back into the engine with the tire lift they don't want to take responsibility and they're going to put a lien on my truck telling me I have storage but haven't returned to call however the sun sends me an email at 3:15 a.m. in the morning telling me that it's going to the insurance company never did I disrespect this gentleman but he was very negative and almost in a threatening manner don't do business with Pepes if you don't want your car jacked up or at least not deal with mr. I am writing you this review to inform you of a wonderful experience I had. On 11/19/2021 I left Sacramento and headed south on my way to Knott's Berry Farm. 20 miles from my destination my car became undrivable. I later found out that the new brakes I had gotten put on 2 weeks earlier had lost a bolt and the caliper housing jammed up my front tires. But nevertheless I was stranded. I called two other towing service but no luck. I guess what they say is true, third time is a charm. At my wits end and kind of stressing out I finally reached out to Pepe's towing. I was somewhere downtown Vernon with my friend alone at night. Luckily Jacob Hernandez answered the phone. He was kind and helpful. He help to put us at ease. We were informed that someone would be there within 45 mins to help us. 20 mins later Jacob shows up with bells and whistles on. He was very professional and definitely knowledgeable in his line of work. We were hooked up and ready to go in 10 mins. The inside of his truck was very clean and before we got in he adjusted the seats to make sure we were comfortable. He even tailored the music selection with us in mind. He got us safely to our destination with no hiccups and safely unloaded my car perfectly into the designated parking spot. I was already stressing about what the next day was going to look like, trying to figure out which mechanic shop I would have to have my car tow to. Jacob reassured me that I could call him and he would help me figure something out if needed. MAJOR LAWSUIT COMING, WE USED THEM TO TOW A TRACTOR TRAILER AND THEIR DRIVER DIDNT MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CONNECTED AND DROPPED THE TRAILER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 91 FREEWAY. AFTER SPEAKING WITH ANTHONY THE "NIGHT TIME MANAGER", HE CUSSED US OUT AND TOLD US THEY WILL DROP THE TRAILER RIGHT WHERE IT WAS AND THAT WAS IT. WE WORK IN TOWING AND KNOW FOR A FACT THAT HEAVY DRIVER IS SUPPOSED TO CHECK ANY AND EVERYTHING BUMPER TO BUMPER BEFORE TAKING OFF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND CAUSE YOURSELF OR YOUR COMPANY HARM. THIS IS FAR FROM OVER. PLUS THE FACT THAT ANTHONY REFUSED TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION ON WHO THE MANAGER IS OR THE MAIN PERSON WE NEED TO SPEAK TO REGARDING THIS.
