HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I PUT AN ONLINE ORDER FOR ONE COMBO AT AROUND 10AM AND CHOSE PICK UP TIME AT 1PM WHEN I GOT THERE I GAVE MY NAME AND LITERALLY SHOWED THE CASHIER MY EMAIL ON MY PHONE WHICH HAD MY NAME, ORDER# AND PICK UP TIME,1PM THE CASHIER CHECKED AND COMES BACK AND TELLS ME THAT ON THEIR ORDER SLIP IT SAYS MY FOOD WON'T BE READY TIL 2:40..I GET ANNOYED AND ASK WHY?? CASHIER SAYS THAT SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHY BUT THAT THAT'S WHAT THE SLIP SAYS, WE GO BACK N FORTH ME ASKING WHY, SHE SAYING THE SAME THING THAT I HAVE TO WAIT..I ASK FOR THE MANAGER, THE MANAGER COMES AND AFTER I TELL HER WHY I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY MY FOOD ISN'T READY SHE SAYS " WELL THAT'S WHAT THE SLIP SAYS" AS SHE TAKES IT OFF THE CASHIERS HANDS AND THEN TELLS ME I HAVE TO WAIT 40 MIN..I SAID I WASN'T GONNA WAIT 40 MIN FOR AN ORDER I PUT IN HRS AGO!! THAT WHAT IS THE POINT OF SELECTING A PICK UP TIME!?? SO I TAKE OUT MY PHONE AGAIN! AND SHOW HER MY INFO...THE MANAGER THEN SAYS " YEAH WELL YOU HAVE TO WAIT, YOU HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE YOUR ORDER IS BIG, I SAY WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!??? MY ORDER IS JUST ONE COMBO!!! AND PULL OUT MY PHONE FOR A THIRD TIME!! I GO "SEE!!.. UNTIL THEN DOES THE MANAGER CATCH ON THAT THE ORDER THAT THEY WERE REFERRING TO WAS NOT MINE!! There food was nothing like the other pandas i go to; there noodles where dry, there rice was dry and flavorless, i got the mushroom chicken and the mushrooms where bigger then the chicken. The veggies were chopped in huge pieces and still raw. The restuarant had no customers plus it was hot inside; so hot that who ever was in there was sweating while they ate including me. They had no cookies for my sons kid meal, they had no spoons so my 2 year old poked his mouth with the fork while he ate; and they did not have the technology to pay with my phone. Bad experience i cant believe they replaced 24hour tacos for this dump. And on top of that a loud voice came on the loud speaker saying; you are under surveillance and are being monitored, then asked the workers if they are alright. Read moreI recently visited Panda Express and was left quite disappointed. First off, the service took forever. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but this felt excessive. It was clear that the staff was short-handed, which made the wait even more frustrating. When we finally got our food, it felt like a bit of a gamble. Some dishes were a hit, with great flavors and freshness, while others were an utter miss—overcooked and lacking the flavor you expect from Panda Express. This inconsistency made for a very unsatisfying meal.
On a positive note, I will say that the place was clean, which is always a plus. However, it’s evident that they lack effective management. A well-run establishment should be able to handle peaks in traffic and maintain a consistent quality of food. Unfortunately, it seems like this location is missing that.
