Best framing experience of all time. I feel so fortunate to have randomly found Picture Frame Gallery and had the opportunity to meet Paul. There are times in your life when you just know you have met a master at his craft and to just let them do their thing, this was definitely one of those times. Their shop is not a typical storefront but do not make the mistake of letting that deter you from using their services. I brought in 7 pieces to be framed, including a reframing job of a very special piece that I felt was not done properly from a major framing establishment. Right away Paul starting putting together visions for all the pieces and how they would look the best. I trusted his expertise and expected it would take a few months to complete all the pieces. To my shock just a week later he texted me a picture of the main piece that he already fixed. I was floored by how great it looked compared to what I brought in. Then I was completely shocked when he then called and said he had already completed all 7 pieces and I could pick them all up! Everything completely exceeded my expectations and looked incredible. The prices also were beyond reasonable. In fact, I actually offered to pay more because I felt I was undercharged for the work done, but Paul refused it. I had a wonderful experience framing two important items at the picture frame gallery. The first was an original acrylic on canvas painting that I had bought overseas and needed to be stretched and framed, and the 2nd was a family heirloom of tremendous sentimental value. Needless to say I had to find the right place for such an important task. When I first arrived Paul, the owner , and his wife Sunny immediately put me at ease with their warm hospitality. They took the time to answer all my questions no matter how trivial. Paul proved hinself to be an expert in the field who works with a number of famous artist and galleries and has honed his craft over 40 years of working with the best. I knew immediately I had found the right place for my artwork to be framed. And their prices were extremely reasonable as well. Paul was really helpful in designing the framing for some puzzles I did with my elderly parents during the pandemic. I wanted to frame them for keepsakes and he worked with me to get the big puzzle set up so my mom and dad could sign the mat board. He also made suggestions to simplify the framing to help me save a little money. I had a different idea for the smaller wood puzzles but Paul thought a shadow box would look better.
