It was only fitting to have the best burger in town to celebrate the reopening of DTLA 😌🥰 mmmm mmm mm… @eversonroycebar has the perfect burger IMO because of the juicy patty, the best brioche bun perfectly crisped on the outside & bouncy inside 😻🤩 no need for more words. Just is. Oh, do not leave without trying the flakiest tastiest biscuits with house made honey butter 😻👍🏻 plus crafty cocktails. They also have an extensive interesting collection of whiskies.

They are available on DoorDash now!! So happy. I had an order of their biscuits with honey butter 😋 as late night snack. The tastiest & flakiest biscuits survived well in delivery!! Also, they packaged the ingredients of their famous burger, separately, to be reassembled by the diner. So smart! The juicy patty stayed juicy, and the brioche stayed amazing! Oh they deliver cocktails too.

Always love this local gem! So happy they are now reopened during this pandemic. Their patio is perfect for social distancing hangout! Entrance is moved to the other end of the adjacent parking lot. No-contact temperature check and no-contact menu/order process. Very spacious & airy even on a hot day like today. Their burgers, voted one of the best restaurant burgers in LA, single or double, are still the best in my book. 🤤 oh that fries, biscuit & fried chicken too, must try!! A great place for a date night and/or to hang out with friends. The outdoor patio has positive vibes, music, and hanging string lights.

::Drinks:: I'm in love with the No Cap cocktail!! It's tequila, alma tepec, lime, and tepache. I also tried the Mateo Street Margarita but I liked No Cap more. The Yo La Tengo was strong, I wasn't a fan of the grapefruit. Newest Old Fashioned and Billions was not bad, it doesn't have a fruity taste.

:: Food:: I can't stop thinking about the Patty Melt, it's the best!! The sourdough bread was toasted to perfection, prime beef chuck was so juicy, and flavorful!! I want more!! We also got the Single Burger which was unforgettable too. It didn't look special but once you take a bite you will know what I mean. The fries were also a hit!

::Dessert:: You must order the Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie. It was served fresh and warm. It was crisp on the edges, chewy, and soft.

::Customer Service:: The staff was very attentive. They were always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Our drinks and plates were taken right away once we were done.

Perfect spot for a group hang! I've celebrated my last 3 birthdays at ERB and my brother has celebrated his last 2 birthdays here too.

Vibe: A lovely patio that's set up in a way that makes it easy for friends to come & go and easily mingle. The music is upbeat and fun -- loud enough to serve as a pleasant backdrop, but quiet enough so you can talk and actually hear the people at your table.

Food & drink: They serve some of LA's finest burgers and the nachos are a crowd-pleaser among my vegetarian friends. The pitchers of the Mateo Street Margarita were delicious!

Staff: They've always been friendly and attentive. They do a great job of checking in at a good pace and ensuring the food & drinks are coming out at the right time and that hot dishes arrive hot.

For big groups: you can reach out to them in advance and order platters of food, dessert, and tanks of their signature drinks. The tanks make it easy for people to pour them into their cups (like they would from a water station) an d refill as needed. And if you need more food or drinks on the spot, they're great at bringing more in a timely fashion.

*This is the most cost-effective, convenient, and fun option I've found in LA for hosting a big group. Their prices -- and quality! -- can't be beat. Plus, they have their own parking lot. Couldn't ask for a better place to host...
