This is a very nice Los Angeles City park. There's plenty of parking. What makes the park so nice is that it's on the ocean. If you look towards the east you will see America's larger ocean container port. It's an amazing sight. If you look towards the west you see California's beautiful suburban coastline and Catalina Island. But unfortunately the food is not that good. There's a nice "local" restaurant close by called the "Lighthouse Deli" that is very popular with the local residents. It's at 508 W 39th Street. Easy walk...
