The Motel is vastly in need of some Cleaning 🎤🔈🔈🔈& upkeep, it appears there is Zero maintenance on anything in the Rooms, I have stayed in about 6 rooms within the past 4 years, it's all the same issues, lack of unity with having it be of any rating, before they can move forward with presentation, they Owners need get a Plan to make it happen soon, $85 dollars a night is too much, I They should be about $27.95 a night with the present conditions

As soon as I arrived I was greeted. Absolute great customer service, Raj is very helpful and gave great places for dining. He took the time to answer questions I had. Thank you, Raj. The Inn is so close to the beach that you can walk to it. The property is well kept and clean. The room was clean and spacious. Will definitely be back.

This place is not worth it. Doesn't matter how close to the ocean it is, don't subject yourself to this place! Holes in the wall, a disgusting stained couch. The TV doesn't work with the remote. My boyfriend and I felt like we were going to catch a disease. Is this really what you get for $100 San Pedro? Shut this place down!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place is terrible. I can't believe I rented the room without checking reviews first, but that was a huge lesson learned. Never again.

My room had a hole in the bottom corner that looked like someone kicked it trying to break in and then rodents ate it over time. The ceiling was falling apart and crumbling onto the bed sheets. The bathroom door didn't have a handle on the inside. There was blood on the wall. All in all, it was kind of a death trap and I wholeheartedly want you to reconsider staying here.

We quickly made a reservation with Doubletree right up the road and decided to hightail it out of there. We wanted a refund and was able to get one, but not without having to stand right next to the manager and forcing her to answer the phone to approve the refund. She wouldn't do it on her own accord. She says you can have a refund and then walks away. She answered 2 of 3 questions from the agent, then hung up and stopped answering her phone. This is her schtick to make free money. No sane or rational person is going to stay there and then some will just say forget it and chalk it up as a loss.

DO...

This hotel is not fit for anyone or thing to stay at. The area is NOT safe, the rooms are so filthy, none of the keys worked, the check-in guy tried to get us to give him the PIN number to our credit card stating this was normal in America. After deciding not to stay because of feeling very unsafe and all rooms shown to us were disgusting we demanded a refund. He pretended to credit back our card but have since found out he actually didn’t. We have lodged a freud claim with our credit card company. We found this hotel via Booking.com and will forever question that site for having this property listed. We ended up staying at the Crown Plaza hotel by LAX for only $3 more than what we would have paid here and that was Dec. 22nd. Sadly we were looking to spend the morning exploring Long Beach but will never return to that area again. Long Beach tourism should have this place shut down so no one else falls victim to it. Oh ya, and the store a block away is owned by the same “family” and will try to rip...

Credit card swipe took half an hour. Desk attendant was more interested in talking on the phone with others than finishing the transaction. Smoking room was only one left. We were thankful to get a room but it was clearly not ready for human occupation i.e. no heat, no bathroom light, cobwebs, no blankets for the bed (just sheets and cover), filthy carpet, saggy, dirty couch, someone's sock in the corner, a broken light fixture dangling from the ceiling, and gouged drywall. The furniture is old and worn. A plus is that the room is spacious. I should have asked for a discount but didn't want to wait for an hour to explain my view. I would condemn this room if I were a city inspector but I cannot speak for the other rooms. Hopefully...
