I went into this location the first day of their VIB 20% off promotion. I didn't have time to shop but I had a return. My sister had bought me some items as a congratulations gift. I tried them a few times and they didn't work for me. I'm a loyal VIB but my sister lives out of the country and is not. Anyway, when they ran my ID through their 3rd party system it got declined. I left and called TRE on my way out. They informed me that Sephora no longer is taking returns without receipt even though their policy says that they do. He verified that this was the first time I had ever done a rerun in their system and said I could mail in a dispute form and wait to hear back. I then called this location and spoke to Mat, he said to bring in the items and told me he would be able to work it out. When I got there another manager said she couldn't do anything. I know that's a lie due to what Mat and TRE had said. She just didn't want to. The items are either not used or used very minimally. This is ridiculous! A loyal customer, wasting hours and being treated like a criminal. She made me wait for 10 min while going to the back and "trying" to help.    Read moreI have been a Sephora customer for many many years. I bought a product some time ago and opened it to find the dropper was not working. I did not have a receipt, since the product was faulty I figured I wouldn't have an issue exchanging it. This product can only be purchased at a Sephora store. The manager was very unhelpful refused to return it even though it was damaged and clearly new. I told her it had been past 60 days since purchased but I just opened it, the product was clearly new, she said there was nothing she can do. I kept insisting the issue was the dropper, I usually buy product in bulk so I don't run out but she refused. I'm very disappointed, I've never had an issue when a product itself is damaged to ensure the customer has a good experience she could have made an exception especially since the Dr Jars line is only available at Sephora. I'm discouraged from ever shopping at a Sephora again, overpriced makeup, the associates try to sell you the most ridiculous things or have no knowledge of the product. Iâm allergic to certain ingredients therefore I have to test out some products as well as some makeups before I purchase the full size product. I asked one of the guys I saw on the floor to give me samples of 6 products and he said okay, he took them to the counter. When I made it to the counter with my item I was purchasing the person of short stature (little person) looked at me up and down and said you can only get 3 samples. I looked at her and said ummmmâŠokay. I called Sephora today and spoke with customer service and they told me thereâs really no limit on samples you can get. If people only knew how it feels to be discriminated against because your appearance they wouldnât do it again or I hope they wouldnât. It really makes your soul sad!
