The Good Liver — Attraction in Los Angeles

I was so happy to enter this store as I ran art galleries for years. I did question the art selections in my mind. But art is personal it is impossible to please everyone. It was my birthday my friend generously offered to buy me a knife. After eight days the knife tip broke off the blade has dents. I would have been better off spending my $150 on Amazon where I could have been able to get my money back for a defective knife. Please be sure to read their return policy it is complicated and not like other retailers I have purchased products from before. The owner wrote me to tell me to send the knife to San Francisco to have it repaired. I will not be going down that rabbit hole. I will seek alternate ways to receive credit for this defective knife. I do enjoy supporting small businesses but not businesses that are underhanded in their products or dealings...

This boutique is incredible. Ever item is meticulously chosen to inhabit each of the beautiful shelves and display cases. From the unique soaps and candles from across the globe to the most robust fabric sheers and frying pans—you’ll find that quality and timeless utilitarian design is often prioritized over atmospheric level prices and overhyped brand names.

To make it an even more incredible experience, they also have a curated a part of their store to exhibit and educate on tea making…which from what I observed is fueled by a reverence and appreciation for tradition and really feels to come from a place of humility.

Korean owned. Very mindfully stocked and merchandised. Beautiful shop and good customer service. I’ve discovered some great German and Portuguese soaps through them.
