I was so happy to enter this store as I ran art galleries for years. I did question the art selections in my mind. But art is personal it is impossible to please everyone. It was my birthday my friend generously offered to buy me a knife. After eight days the knife tip broke off the blade has dents. I would have been better off spending my $150 on Amazon where I could have been able to get my money back for a defective knife. Please be sure to read their return policy it is complicated and not like other retailers I have purchased products from before. The owner wrote me to tell me to send the knife to San Francisco to have it repaired. I will not be going down that rabbit hole. I will seek alternate ways to receive credit for this defective knife. I do enjoy supporting small businesses but not businesses that are underhanded in their products or dealings...
