I came here to DROS a rifle with a buddy. I called ahead of time and was told no one was there. I show up I was the second person in line waiting to DROS the rifle. They skipped us for their regular customers and continued to tell us that they were there first. When I told them that that guy just walked in and you're starting to DROS their guns they finally attended us after 2 hours. Then because the DMV misspelled my street by one letter they wouldn't let me bring a paper or email them a paper with my bill on it the next day. Even though the Department of Justice only wants proof of address at the time of pickup. First he told me it was doj policy and when I told them that I knew that the doj policy was on pickup only he kept coming up with excuses. Then he told me it was against store policy and because of that they couldn't let me DROS my weapon. However a couple sitting right next to us was told that they could bring their piece of paper the next day. Being a business owner myself I would never treat someone the way I was treated. If you would like to get treated like crap this is definitely the place to go. It's small it's crowded and Lacks customer service. I recommend that if you are thinking about going here keep in mind that if you're not the regular customer you're going to get treated like s* (at least from my experience).
**The response below is a lie. The couple next to us were allowed to bring their bill the next day. The paperwork would have been correct when DROS but don't feed me more bs. If that was the case then the AR I traded to my buddy wouldn't have gotten DROS because I transfered it to him and sent my bill the next day for his rifle. So your policies only seem to be enforced when you want too. Also I'm hoping your store policy doesn't include allowing employees to belittle and berate other employees in front of customers. Or to give preference to returning customers and making new customers wait while their ...

My first and last experience at this range:
I walked in with my range bag and belt (without a holster) clipped around it. I was immediately asked to leave and put my belt back in my car and come back. The reasoning was that "holsters were not allowed," which I knew beforehand (most imdoor ranges dont allow holsters anyway). I didn't even bring a holster, which was what was confusing. I told them AND showed them that I didn't have a holster and that i read their rules chart prior to coming in. I mentioned that I was going to use my belt to practice reloads (which is allowed at every other range I've been to). They then switched up their reasoning and said that belts or "anything tactical" causes other range-users to "act wierd" and/or "nervous" and THATS why I wasn't allowed to use my belt. That must be a range specific issue because I've never heard that one before. My belt also holds my IFAK which I feel more comfortable shooting with easy access to, and Id think others around would feel more comfortable knowing someone would be prepared to help if, god forbid, something ever happens. No one carried trama kits, and they didn't allow shooters to wear belts to cary trama kits. I took it off my belt and stuck it in my bag. That's annoying, but okay. This leads me to my last point.. There was no range master on the floor. I didn't know who or where they were the entire 1.5hrs i was there (they must make people "act wierd" and/or "nervous" also), and there was a good amount of people there too... THAT should make you nervous, not that 1 guy practicing reloads from his belt in lane 2. It's the unsupervised guy messing around in lane 8, flagging his buddies that you should be worried about.
I've had significantly better and safer experiences elsewhere. But, hey, it's one of they few range choices...
Read moreI brought my wife to take a look at some guns. Even tho we made clear we were just shopping around, the team was so amazing. I had my 3 year old daughter with me, while they were taking care of showing the guns to my wife, answering every single question with admirable patience, one of the other employees came and turned on the TV on a cartoon so I could watch with my wife.
Eddie was so knowledgeable and so patient, explaining every single detail of each gun my wife wanted to see. She also got her hand cought on the slide and got hurt, even tho it was a tiny "booboo" he immediately rushed to take care of it.
After the 5 star treatment we received, we decided to schedule a class with Eddie. Well... It was the best idea... Eddie proved one more time to be extremely patient and knowledgeable. During the shooting part he also took the time to stay even after the class and help us with tips, correcting our posture, etc. And that's not even considering the fact we had to schedule on his day off. Anyway, I guess everybody gets it. It's a great place, safety oriented, they have a nice selection. I definitely recommend the range and the class. It's very important to have a place you feel comfortable to turn to when it comes to gun. Also recommend asking for Eddie, as he was 100%. Truly 5 star place and I'll be back many time, I'll buy our guns here and I'm honestly even considering...
