Hello, Tonight on the way to someplace I spotted a Thai Place that had a similar name to the one I like, figured give it a try. Later that night on the way back from the someplace I made an effort and walked into the empty restaurant and asked about a couple dishes that I like. They had the Salad I liked (nomtuk) so I asked for recommendations and purchased the pineapple shrimp soup, sticky rice, Papaya salad, all came out to $31, typical. I was asked the level of spiciness and from the three choices I chose medium. I was told the food would take 20 minutes to prepare, and was offered a Thai Ice Tea No BoBa :( just because of the wait time. I went to fill gasoline and came back and waited. I didn't mind the wait. I came home and started with the Nomtuk Salad and noticed it was really spicy, so was the pineapple curry and the Papaya Salad was bearable. My rating at this point would have been a 3.5 maybe, then I noticed a hair in the food and here we are 1 Thai Ice Tea away from a 1 Rating. My rating is a 1.5 and I would not here again. Read moreI came here to have a quick lunch pick up and when i found out that I had ordered one thing and it was another, I kindly asked for a refund. (Normally i am one of those people who NEVER go back for a refund because I hate being a pane, but in this case I just couldnt eat the food) after trying to explain nicely and apologizing again and again. Paula continued to not only talk to me very loudly yelling in the small shop, where other customers are now listening to our convo. She raised her voice trying to "help" me with an attitude and I just felt that was so rude and disrespectful. I asked her calmly again to not apeak to me like that, and to have better customer service because at this point, I have been nothing but apoligizing and nice, and yet she was rude from get. I just wanted a refund.(didnt touch the food, just not what I ordered) Not for a tongue lashing im front of customers. NEVER will be bacl here.
P.s: im glad I got a refund because I read a google review about a human finger nail being found in a soup feom this location. No thank you.

The driver called later than the scheduled delivery time and refused to bring the food without me paying him an additional fee. He said 3 miles was too far to drive and that I had to pay more if I wanted the food. I have cancer and am very ill which is why we chose a restaurant that delivered without charging a delivery fee. The driver ended up refusing to bring the food and said he would just take the food back to the restaurant. Maybe to just be thrown away? So we had to request a refund from Eat24 and wait another hour to order from another restaurant. So tacky and rude to try to hustle a sick customer after the order has already been placed and prepaid including tip. We will never order from this restaurant again. Bad business...
