🇺🇸 Seize the Fall: Top 13 Pumpkin 🎃 Farms to Visit

I’ve gone to Mr. Bones the last two years with the kids and decided to try something new. I’m so glad I did! Tina’s Pumpkin Patch in Sherman Oaks was next level. Plenty of free parking right in front of the patch - I was already sold. They didn’t have an entrance fee which was a pleasant surprise. My kids loves everything - the petting zoo, the pony rides, the inflatable obstacle course, slide, bouncy houses but their favorite was definitely the train. Even the workers were kind and engaging. A few photos and more than a few pumpkins later, we were leaving and the kids asked to come back every year. We absolutely will!!

Admission is free, but to ride the train and feed the goats, you'll need to buy a token ticket for $4. There are beautiful photo zones and inflatable trampolines. You can buy pumpkins of various sizes for $4 to $35. The location is very convenient, right in the Westfield parking lot. I recommend it, but keep in mind that they close at 8 PM. We arrived late and didn't have time to try all the rides.

Do NOT bring your children here! The staff are not safe with children and management ignores the complaints. My 4 year old child was playing on a 19’ tall inflatable slide with 10 other children, when the operator without warning decided it was time to unplug the slide since the farm was due to close soon. The children on the swaying and deflating slide started screaming and luckily my child, trampled by a few kids on his way down was able to get out, but a 4 year old boy was trapped in the folds of the 19’ large slide as his parents and other parents screamed at the operator to plug the slide back in so he could get out. The child is ok now. When we confronted the operator after the incident he proceeded to start physically assaulting the patrons while saying, “I didn’t do nothin’” including the father of the 4 yr. old boy. We went to management who told us, “we made a mistake. We’ll handle it...

Very cramped, horrible tiny parking lot with no lines and no attendants, so people park everywhere, which works as well as it sounds. Walking in is free, and the knee high "maze" is indeed also free, as well as being small enough to step over. Otherwise, one to two $3 tokens are needed to do ANYTHING (even a very dinky "toddler area" with the same stuff you can get for free at any playground). The pumpkins were more than double the price at a store and it was impossible to look at them even if I had wanted to buy one because of all the people there just to take pics/selfies for their Instagram. We were so excited to take our kids to their first pumpkin patch, wasted $30 for 3 "rides", and came home with sad frustrated kids and no pumpkin. Please do yourself, and especially your kids, a favor and...

the animals in the petting zoo are irresistibly cute. I didn't care to pet any of the goats as soon as I saw the bunnies! The biggest pumpkins are seventy five bucks. One of the employees hit on me*deep sigh. He claimed to be a professional photographer and he said he had models pose on his cars at his house in any type of clothing they wanted to pose in and they got paid for it. Then he proceeded to ask for my number. Ladies and teen girls, please watch out there are some creepy people out there and when people say stuff like this, it is not what you think. The petting zoo costs three bucks and I picked up a mini pumpkin for 3 bucks too. The medium pumpkins are four...
