They don’t communicate well, in my opinion. So,, i didn’t make the payment on time. But only because i had a reason. The amount of money wasn’t correct. I tried to talk to them about it, but they ignored me. Instead they just put late fee of $120. The guy who was in charge called me and said: “Sir, if you don’t pay the rent right now as we’re talking, i will go to your house with police.” The guy was almost threatening me. I tried to explain myself, but he wouldn’t even listen. It was like talking to a wall. I tried to understand and respect their policies and system. I just wanted to talk to them.
