Tacos Por Favor — Restaurant in Los Angeles

It’s sucks because I was JUST mapping out a budget to eat here but some dude who works there was staulking me at 3 AM.

I do safety in several areas, and am an easy guy to be around and everyone enjoys my company.

But this dude decided to follow me around at night, and you can tell because he had better options to respect people and their space.

He’s one of those energy leech people.

He also threatened me with some wanna be intimidating whistle like he was going to do something.

These practices lead to safety issues, and come to think of it, this building has had rats for the past year. (Probably cuz the police eat there lol)😂😂.

But violent signals!!!??? NO BUEANO. Incident happened 3:30am Thursday may 22, 2025 . (THIS MORNING SMH)

Bad habits won’t get you anywhere in Life. SMH!

He’s not the only one who does that crap there either.

Why’s a grown man following another grown man around...

TAKE-AWAY ISSUE RESOLVED! 6/5 STARS!!!

The food is always excellent and deserve a 6/5. That being said, the customer service could be better and there is no real system for picking up food you ordered in advance. Whether you are picking up food that is already paid for and sitting on the counter or you are going in to order, you still have to wait in the same line.

Update: You guys added an express pickup area and it was AWESOME! It significantly improved the guest experience. But you have since removed it and it is pretty frustrating ordering food ahead, seeing that it is ready, but having to still wait in line to get it even if you have already paid. It would be a dramatic improvement if you brought back the ChowNow/GrubHub pickup area or at least had an employee check with your guests if they are waiting. You would be a 6/5 if not for this. Online orders could be in and out in 5 seconds...

Can't get enough. I freaking love this place! I walk over once a week and get take out. My dog and I split the 2 hard shell potato taco combo. The menu is pretty extensive, but our regular order is so good, I have to stick with it. The staff are friendly, and usually busy, so no small talk. It's always clean, plenty of seats, and the outside of the strip mall is going thru renovation. I hope they put the outdoor seating back soon. I've lived in the neighborhood almost a year now. People have suggested several sit down Mexican restaurants nearby, one sharing my pup's name. We've tried them, but none are as good as Tacos Por Favor. Lucky to live a block over.
